一、公司的基本情况简介

常州金港国际船务代理有限公司于2004年2月2日成立，是由中华人民共和国交通部批准设立的，专业从事国际海上运输的代理企业，公司注册资金为500万元人民币，主要业务范围是国际船舶代理业务（交通部国际船舶经营资格登记证号:MOC-VA877）和国际货运代理业务(商务部国际货物运输代理企业经营代码:3200000547)，承揽世界各地的船舶、货运代理业务，并特色经营长江常州港的集装箱业务 ：

(一) 办理国际航行船舶进出港口手续，联系安排引航、靠泊和装卸；

(二) 代签提单、运输合同，代办接受订舱业务；

(三) 办理船舶、集装箱以及货物的报关手续；

(四) 承揽货物、组织货载，办理货物、集装箱的托运和中转等。

我司的主要营业住所在：常州市延陵西路8号楼良茂大厦2466室。

公司在新区常州海关121室设有报关行。

我司是江苏省报关协会常务理事单位、中国船舶代理行业协会会员单位、江苏国际货运代理协会会员单位。

公司设有中国共产党常州金港国际船务代理有限公司支部委员会；常州金港国际船务代理有限公司工会委员会。2007年4月被常州市总工会评为“模范职工小家”，2007年5月被常州市钟楼区总工会评为“先进集体”，2008年8月经常州市企业责任专业委员会的验收审核，成为《常州市企业社会责任标准》（CSA8000）达标企业。

公司的理念：“诚恳做人，勤奋做事”。我司拥有一批优秀的专业从业人员，其中2人具有15年以上船务代理和货运运代理工作经验，15人具有国家级国际货代员资格；5人具有中级以上职称；有专业的获得国家级资格的报关员12名、报检员18名，都具有大专以上文化水平。

二、公司业务经营情况

我司近四年的业绩：2004年度我司代理集装箱进出口总量3600TEU左右；2005年度我司业务经营情况良好，我司代理集装箱进出口总量8600多TEU，并且成为常州口岸报关的主要企业之一，出口报关量第一的企业；2006年代理集装箱进出口量5700多TEU，2007年代理集装箱进出口量8500多TEU。

我司在常州港主要代理的船公司有：HMM, HANJIN，EVERGREEN，CSCL，CMA-CGM，LT，ZIM，APL，PIL，K-LINE，WAIHAI，SITC，TSL等。

2、单证管理

我司单证操作管理使用标准化、网络化的系统软件，每人一台电脑，每台电脑都安装有两套软件系统配合工作，并且共享数据库资料：两套系统分别为货运代理系统，每票单子都输入系统，跟踪管理报关、装箱、出运的进展情况，及提单的缮制；另一套船务代理系统，用于常州港船舶及货物的报关、转关的单证管理及缮制，代理签发提单等。

Firstly, Brief introduction

Changzhou Goldenway Int’l Shipping Agency Co.,Ltd was set up on 2nd Feb,2004, which was authorized by the Ministry of Communications of The People's Republic of China. It specializes in international sea transportation. Capital Registered 5,000,000 RMB. The Primary business: International shipping agency service (registered license no. of Ministry of Communications: MOC-VA877) and International freight forward service (registered license no. of Department of Commerce：3200000547). It deals in container shipping, international and domestic freight forwarding and specializes in managing the container service at Changzhou port of the Yangtze River:

1.Do the international navigation ships turnover harbor procedure, the relation arrangement piloting, anchors with loading and unloading.

2.Sign B/L, transportation contract and accept shipping order as an agent.

3.Customs clearance of ships ,containers and goods.

4. Receive and organize cargoes, consign and transfer cargoes and containers.

Our principle office lies in Room 2466,Liangmao Building, Yanling West Road,Changzhou.

We also sets the customer broker at Room121 of the Changzhou Custom in Xinbei Distric.

Our company is executive member of Jiangsu Province declaration association, member of China Shipping Agent Profession Association, member of Jiangsu international freight transportation agent association.

    Our company have the branch of Group units of Party Committee from The Communist Party of China, and Trade Union Committee. It was accessed as the “model staff family” on April 2007 by the Changzhou general union, also won the “ advanced collectivity” by the Zhonglou district union on May 2007. Under the acceptance check by the enterprise responsibility speciality committee, our company have up the standard according to the Changzhou Enterprise Social Responsibility Standard (CSA8000). Our company owns a group of excellent Employees who are specilized in this field, two of them have over 15 years work experiences on shipping agency and freight forwarding; 15 of them obtained the qualification of National forwarder; 5 of them have above intermediate technical post; and there’re 12 customs brokers and 18 quality inspectors who have obtained the National certificates all had the degree of level of junior college. Our company as the agent to export the container from Changzhou port took more than 90%, our company first achieved the import and export business for Internation container from land port.

2. Documents management:

Using standard and networking system software. Every one has a computer which is equipped two sets of software to help working. The database is shared by all. One of the system is freight forward agency system. Every business task is inputted in the system, then we can track and operate the customs declaration, and transporation. The other is shipping agency system which is used for making documents of customs declaration , custom transfer, and signing the bill of lading.
